Weight Loss

Lipostat Plus is a fat burning combination of Methionine, Inositol, Choline (MIC) , Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. This injection has powerful antioxidants and helps turn body fat into energy.
Methylcobalamin, a pure form of Vitamin B12, is available in oral form. Vitamin B12 is important for a person's sleep cycle, energy, memory, mood, mental clarity and behavior. This vitamin is also important for the metabolism of proteins and fats, therefore indirectly helping with weight loss.
Aesthetic Treatments
Botox injections are primarily done in the upper third of the face, but can be injected elsewhere. Normal locations are: "crow's feet", forehead and the "11's" between the eyes. Typical results last 3-6 months and minimal pain is associated with the injections.
Latisse is a topical solution applied to the eyelashes to make them grow. The solution can be applied from a couple times a week to nightly. Results can be seen in as little as 3 weeks.
The provider was trained directly by Allergan, the manufacturer of the above listed products and continues to attend trainings to learn the most up to date techniques.
Allergy Testing
Food allergy testing can be completed via standard blood work or the Food Inflammatory Test, or FIT.
The FIT tests for 132 or 176 various foods, and comes with a sample diet plan based off of individual results. It tests for IgG types 1-4 when most allergy tests only screen for 1-2. It will also test for compliment, which may be even more significant than strictly the food allergy alone. The kit is completed in the office via a simple finger stick and sent out for evaluation. Results are available as quickly as 7-10 business days.
Skin Tag Removal
Some skin tags can be removed via chemical cautery with only temporary discomfort.
Medical Marijuana Certification
Patients presenting with an illness declared by the State of Connecticut as a qualifying diagnosis may be able to apply for a medical marijuana card. Application can be submitted the same day as the appointment. Applicant MUST be a Connecticut resident.
